Yikes! Well folks, here we are: Sunday the 12th of the July, Men’s Finals Day and the last day of The Championships. We have reached the end, but what to end on? What recipe to test and share with you all for finals weekend.

Welcome to Round Two of Strawberries and Cream- a Wimbledon food challenge. Choux pastry in any form is one of my favourite things to eat and so eclairs seemed the obvious answer.
One food that is as synonymous with Wimbledon as the white tennis kits and green grass: Strawberries and Cream. So here we go, a very specific Wimbledon food challenge: 7 Rounds of Strawberries and Cream.
