Now that the courts are at last open again, we thought it would be a good time for Ben to start providing some tennis coaching tips! He’ll be doing videos breaking down each of the key shots in tennis, and later on doing some fitness, agility and practice sessions you can do from home! Ben’s not an expert in the field, so these videos aren’t for the more advanced players. But he has worked as a tennis coach for four years so hopefully they’ll provide a clear and fun way for beginners and casual players to feel more comfortable picking up a racket and playing the sport we all love.
In this video, Ben will try and clear up what each of the different forehand grips are, how to find them, and what they’re used for.
